I love buying diaries and planners but after a month of use I forget about them until a year later when the date is all out, that's why I designed these without days, dates or years so you can use them as often or as little as you like. They have 12 month sections so it can take you through a full year (starting at any time in the year).

To quiet the working and artistic mind it is important to mix up your difficult and hectic life plannings with some gentle colouring in, phrases or questions to give you something to think about, and maybe scribble down some thoughts of your own.
